In a significant move against the arbitrariness of power companies and private schools, National Akali Dal’s National President and “Angry Man” Paramjit Singh Pamma announced plans for street protests. Addressing a press conference marking his 30 years of service, Pamma highlighted his continued dedication to public interests. During the event, a poster for a song celebrating his three-decade-long struggle was released. The song, titled "Khari Khari Baaton Se Pamma Kabhi Darta Nahin" (Pamma Never Fears Plain Talk), is sung by popular young singer Rohan and penned by renowned writer Balwinder Singh Sodhi.

The event saw attendance from singer Rohan, famous writer Balwinder Singh Sodhi, noted singer Surekha Robin, National Akali Dal Delhi President Kuldeep Singh Marwah, youth leader Vikrant, Gursimran Kaur, and many other members. This song is the ninth dedicated to Pamma’s work.

Paramjit Singh Pamma, during his address, reiterated his commitment to working for societal interests. He criticized the Delhi government, stating that while it claims to provide free electricity and education, the power companies continue to impose exorbitant bills on people, with the government remaining a mute spectator.
He urged the government to curb the unchecked actions of power companies and private schools.

Pamma proposed that the government should introduce a scheme allowing consumers to choose their power distribution company similar to how they select telecom and mobile service providers.
He highlighted how competition among mobile companies drastically reduced the cost of calls, benefitting consumers. Pamma believes that introducing more companies into the power sector would similarly provide consumers with better and cheaper services.
