Hyundai Exter Facelift: Review, Price, Images, Colours & More
Hyundai has launched an updated version of the Exter Facelift in India for an ex-showroom retail price ranging from ₹5,80 (Lakh) to ₹9,42 (Lakh). The new features include modest colour and style changes to the outside of the vehicle, improved equipment, enhancements and lower/lighter engine options from the previous Exter models.The facelift is designed specifically to increase the appeal of the Exter in the highly competitive micro-SUV segment, competing with the likes of Tata Punch.
Specifications
The Exter facelift houses the existing 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine (producing 83 hp and 114 Nm of torque) as well as a CNG option from the factory (producing 69 hp and 95 Nm of torque) matched only to a 5-speed manual transmission. This is in addition to having a 5-speed manual transmission or an AMT.
As for the exterior, the new model features all-new bumpe, grille, 15” (alloy) wheels, and body cladding designed to provide a stronger, more aggressive look. Also, the positioning of the 'Exter' nameplate has changed as well as the addition of two new colours - Golden Bronze and Titanium Black Matte.

Also, the interior features a new two-tone navy blue and grey interior colour scheme, new upholstery, and a new, flat-bottomed steering wheel.The facelifted Exter is more modern and convenient, but still retains Exter's practicality and affordability.
In the sub-compact SUV segment, the Hyundai Exter rivals the Tata Punch, prices for which range between Rs 5.59 lakh and Rs 10.54 lakh (ex-showroom).
