Zydus Pinkathon Returns to Delhi for Eighth Edition on March 8, 2026 at JLN Stadium
Zydus Pinkathon

The Zydus Pinkathon, after experiencing the success of their 10th Edition, will be coming back to the national capital with their 8th Edition of the women’s run. The Zydus Pinkathon is a large women’s running event that continues to thrive in one of the most engaged cities for the Zydus Pinkathon. The 2025-2026 Season has already gained strong momentum after the successful Mumbai edition with 5300+ women running together breaking a world record for the maximum number of visually impaired women running together.

The Zydus Pinkathon will return to Delhi for the 1st time in 6.5 years and will offer a variety of race categories including a 3km, Lifelong 5km, and 10km run as well as an ultra-distance of 50km, 75km, 100 km, and 100 km relays. The Zydus Pinkathon continues to embrace the guiding principles of Women’s Health, Inclusive, Inspiration and Empowerment, therefore partners with Zydus Lifescience in a Title Sponsor role while also reinforcing the importance of regular self-breast examinations through their Easiest Exam Campaign to combine prevention healthcare with easy access fitness.

In 2023, the Pinkathon will be held in Delhi with the goal of empowering and honouring women who epitomize courage, toss and perseverance throughout their lives. I would like to introduce Commander Priya Khurana as the 100 K Category Mascot; Ritu Chandel Handa as the 75 K Category Mascot; and Arti Limje, who is a blind runner and will represent the 50 K category.
The 10K Category will be represented by Jaswinder Kaur, while Bhavana Saxena, who has gone through a bout with cancer, will represent the Lifelong 5K Category. The 3K Run will be represented by Maria Bagatsing, who is a babywearing mother. Collectively, these inspiring women exemplify the core values of Pinkathon by embracing inclusion and building community.

Pinkathon has had over 50,000 participants from previous editions and has a long history of being hosted in Delhi. Pinkathon Delhi 2021 aims to carry on this great tradition and build upon it to reinvigorate the entire ecosystem of the 'women's running' community, both through grassroots participation and the traditional Race Modalities.

Milind Soman (creator of the Pinkathon brand), stated during an event held recently that Delhi has become one of the leading contributors and supporters in assisting with the expansion of the Pinkathon. At that same event, Dr. Sharvil Patel who represents the Zydus Lifesciences Corporation stated that if breast cancer is detected early and treated accordingly it could save many lives; while Ankita Konwar from Invincible Women explained that by creating a culture of fitness for a lifetime through participating in Pinkathon, Pinkathon helps empower women to live a healthier, more physically fit lifestyle.

As part of the lead-up to the actual event, Pinkathon Delhi will also present inclusive initiatives like The Saree Run, Grandmother’s 10K, A training run for The Visually Impaired, and The Cancer Shero Walk.
