Honda NX500: Review, Price, Images, Colours & More
Honda Motor Cycle & Scooter India can sell their legitimate model to customers directly at retail locations, including Honda dealerships. In India, you can now buy a Honda NX500 Sport Touring (market entry 2026). The bike has also been updated, and in addition to those updates it will also have an e-clutch (electronic clutch) allowing for greater comfort when riding long distances or commuting on the highways. The price tag for the 2026 model is ₹7.44 lakhs (Ex-Showroom) and has already begun being accepted as a booking at BigWing dealerships across the nation.
The biggest feature of this updated model of the NX500 is the E-Clutch system, however, the rest of the motorcycle from its overall design to its engine, hardware and feature list will remain unchanged from previous years. The bike will continue with the ruggedly styled adventure touring bike look with sharp bodywork, a muscular-looking fuel tank and the latest full LED lighting.
E-Clutch technology (a new part of the 2026 NX) also gives riders electronic sensors and actuators that automatically control the clutch operation while starting, stopping and shifting gears using the foot lever without having to push the clutch lever to shift gears. E-Clutch technology also prevents stalling by automatically disengaging the clutch when the rider has stopped the motorcycle.
According to Honda, the E-Clutch is engineered specifically to help alleviate rider fatigue in situations like heavy stop-and-go traffic where you can get tired out from constantly using your clutch lever. Riders will have full manual control over their bike as the clutch lever is still present and will still allow normal operation when desired.
