Vivo launched its premium smartphone segment with latest series of Vivo X300. The series comes with its two smartphone Vivo X300 5G and X300 Pro 5G. Starting strong in China, the X300 series represents a change of design DNA and direction for software by the company, combining beauty with innovative advances. Boasting a light but tough build, enhanced AI features, and revolutionary new OS experience, Vivo's new flagship series promises to take on Samsung and Apple.

Key Features

Design & Build: Both X300 and X300 Pro series phones have a 7.95mm super-slender body, which provides the phones with a premium and ultra smooth hand feel. The circular camera shell adheres to the brand design direction of Vivo, which providing the phones with a modern and trendy appearance.

Display: It comes equipped with a high-brightness AMOLED display with high refresh rate and brightness enhancement support, perfect for gaming and video watching.

Processor: Pacing the group is MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 processor, which is focused on AI-based performance and power efficiency. 

Software: Vivo makes the leap of giants with Origin OS 6, built on Android 16. It is supposed to offer a cleaner, faster, and smoother user experience, something in reaction to the initial complaints about Funtouch OS.

Camera System: X300 Pro features a 200MP periscope camera and Zeiss 2.35x telephoto zoom, and is capable of capturing cinematic-level images even in low-light environments.

Battery & Charging: While details are still to be shared, fast charging and one-day battery life can be expected from Vivo's past precedent. Connectivity: Support for full 5G, Wi-Fi 7, and enhanced cooling mechanisms is also probable inclusions.

Price & Availability

The Vivo X300 Pro 5G will reportedly release initially in China, followed later in December 2025 with the rest of the world, including India. While no formal price quotations have been made as of now, anticipation is geared towards a competitive price range of ₹65,000–₹75,000 for the Pro variant.
