Rotary Club South Delhi And DNS Arya Samaj Skill Center Opened A New Vocational Training Center For Youth At Vasant Vihar
Rotary Club of South Delhi and DNS Arya Samaj Skill Center have opened a new vocational training center for youth in Vasant Vihar to provide skilled employment opportunities to the youth. The new vocational training center will offer various courses such as computer skills, communication skills and vocational training. These courses are carefully designed for disadvantaged youth who want to improve their employability and gain valuable skills that will help them secure meaningful employment.
The 900 sq ft facility at Vasant Vihar will be available to all youth willing to pursue certification courses for employment in information technology, banking, insurance, electronics, and healthcare. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and practical laboratory facilities that can accommodate 30 students per class for training taught by experienced teachers.
As part of the joint venture, DNS Arya Samaj and the Rotary Club of South Delhi will engage reputed educational institutions and corporate organizations through public-private partnerships to support specific skill training. The intensive training program in mental health was conducted by a professor in the Department of Psychiatry at AIIMS. Held from June 1st to 30th, led by Nand Kumar, and limited to 30 people. AIIMS is committed to not only supporting its graduates and providing them with in-depth knowledge but also providing placements and helping them in their future endeavors in the field of mental health.
