Current Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen have maintained their unbeaten run with a last-minute equalizer through Robert Andrich. Stuttgart scored the first goal early in the second half when Chris Führich found the back of the net, and when just 9 minutes later Deniz Undav added another one to the goal tally of the visitors, it looked like Xabi Alonso's team would finally face defeat for the very first time this season.

In the 61st minute, Bayern Leverkusen reduced Stuttgart's lead in half when Amine Adli got the better of Alexander Nuebel, making it 2-1. The game opened up after that, as both teams had chances of their own. Nuebel made three crucial saves to maintain Stuttgart's lead, as they were determined to snap Bayer Leverkusen's unbeaten streak.
Leverkusen's goalkeeper, Hradecky, also had to be at his brilliant best when he had to deny Serhou Guirassy from making it 3-1 in the 87th minute.

Just when it looked like Stuttgart would pull off the unthinkable, Robert Andrich showed up and rescued a point for Bayer Leverkusen, taking them a step closer to achieving something that has never been done in football history.
No team has gone unbeaten throughout the entire season in all competitions, and Bayer Leverkusen is on the verge of achieving it.

Andrich scored from close range after Florian Wirtz delivered a free kick into the box. This comeback follows their recent trend of scoring late goals, as they also managed to dig deep and find an equalizer against Borussia Dortmund in their previous match last week.

Xabi Alonso's team, which will face AS Roma in the Europa League semifinals and has reached the German Cup final, secured their first-ever league title this season. They have shown resilience by coming from behind multiple times and have scored 17 goals in the 89th minute or later across all competitions.
